We are looking to develop the next generation of extraordinary. The Tahaluf Training Academy is excited to announce that we have launched our new Graduate Development Programme this year.
Our programme offers a structured learning experience with the opportunity to get hands-on training and international event experience. Successful graduates will join one of our iconic events teams, and will work closely with them, learning how they deliver an end-to-end event cycle across four rotational placements: sales, marketing, content and operations.

We are looking for highly talented and motivated Saudi nationals, who are interested in developing a new and exciting career within the events industry.
To qualify you must be a recent or final year graduate on track for a 3.3 GPA minimum, with excellent written and spoken English.
Our ideal candidates are ambitious, hardworking and eager to learn. We are looking for graduates who naturally excel at communicating and problem solving and who enjoy working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Our graduate development programme starts August 2024:
We are committed to ensuring that our graduate development programme enables participants to grow professionally and individually.
Successful applicants will:
- Take part in an immersive and structured development programme
- With the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across four rotational placements
- Join a specific event team and learn how the team delivers an end to end event cycle
- Receive a very competitive monthly salary of 10,000 SAR plus benefits
- Be supported by a dedicated Graduate Development Manager
- Have the opportunity to gain a certification in Event Management
- Work on an iconic event brands such as LEAP, Black Hat, Cityscape
Particpants who rise to the challenge and successfully complete our Graduate Development Programme will have the opportunity to be placed in a full-time role and to continue building their event management career with Tahaluf.
