Applicants must be Saudi nationals

Applicants must have recently graduated from a university (in the years 2023, 2024 or 2025) recognised by the Saudi Ministry of Education with a bachelor’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.3 out of 4.

Is this programme for Saudi nationals only?

Yes, the Tahaluf Graduate Development Programme is a development programme that is open to Saudi nationals only.

Is there a specific major or academic discipline I need to be qualified to apply?

No, you just have to be a recent (2023, 2024,2025) graduate of a university recognized by the Saudi Ministry of Education, and have graduated with a minimum GPA of 3.3/4

Can I join the Tahaluf Graduate Development Programme as a co-op training opportunity during my university/college studies?

No, by participating in the graduate development programme, you will be working with the organization full-time, for one year. You will need to have graduated by the time you begin the programme.

So I can still apply to the programme while I am at University?

Yes, you can be a student upon application. You need to have completed your degree by the time the programme begins.

Do I receive a salary during the programme?

Yes. Once you begin the programme, you will receive a competitive monthly salary, insurance benefits, and annual leave.
