The Tahaluf Training Academy is creating the next generation of extraordinary. We are excited to announce that we are launching our new graduate development programme starting in August 2024. Our programme offers a structured learning experience with the opportunity to get hands-on training and international event experience.
Successful graduates will join one of our iconic events teams, and will work closely with them, learning how they deliver an end-to-end event cycle across four rotational placements: sales, marketing, content and operations.

Tahaluf Graduate Development Application Requirements:
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals
- Applicants must have recently graduated from a university (in the years 2023, 2024 or 2025) recognized by the Saudi Ministry of Education with a bachelor’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.3 out of 4.
