Annabelle is a business leader, growth strategist and one of the co-founders of LEAP, one of the world’s largest technology events. She also co-founded @Hack (now Black Hat Middle East & Africa), 24 Fintech (now Money20/20 Middle East), DeepFest, Kingdom of Gaming and LEAP East, extending one of Saudi Arabia’s most successful technology brands into Hong Kong.

She leads a portfolio exceeding USD 160 million, delivering events that attract more than 300,000 attendees annually across technology, AI, cybersecurity, fintech and gaming.She has built and scaled a high-performing team from one employee to more than 150 professionals and is a key voice representing Tahaluf in Informa PLC. and Tahaluf Board meetings.

Under her leadership, LEAP has grown to more than 200,000 attendees and generated over USD 820 million in economic impact in 2025 alone, while helping facilitate billions of dollars in investment announcements, strategic partnerships and innovation initiatives. 

With more than 13 years’ experience launching and scaling major international events, she works closely with governments, regulators and global technology leaders to accelerate innovation, investment and economic growth.
