Annabelle Mander is Executive Vice President at Tahaluf and one of the co-founders of LEAP, one of the world’s largest technology events. 

She leads a portfolio exceeding USD 160 million across technology, AI, cybersecurity, fintech and gaming, attracting more than 300,000 attendees annually. She has built and scaled a team from one employee to more than 150 professionals and represents Tahaluf at senior board level. 

Alongside LEAP, Annabelle co-founded @Hack (now Black Hat Middle East & Africa), 24 Fintech (now Money20/20 Middle East), DeepFest and Kingdom of Gaming, and led LEAP’s international expansion with LEAP East in Hong Kong. Under her leadership, LEAP has grown to more than 200,000 attendees and generated over USD 820 million in economic impact in 2025.
