Since co-founding Tahaluf in 2022, Mike has led its rapid growth from a founding team of fewer than five people to almost 300 employees from around the world. Under his leadership, Tahaluf has scaled revenues to well beyond $200 million in 2025 and ranks among the top 20 global event organisers by revenue.

Mike has helped launch and grow some of the most significant B2B events in the market, including LEAP, Cityscape Global, Black Hat MEA, Money20/20 Middle East and CPHI Middle East. Together, these platforms welcome nearly one million attendees annually, including more than 100,000 international visitors.

But with a team-first leadership style and long-term vision, Mike credits Tahaluf’s success to the people around him and the strength of its partnerships. Born in the UK and now based in Riyadh, his career has spanned the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia – helping governments and business leaders use live events to drive economic transformation.
